One of the great things about catering weddings is that people invite you to all kinds of cool places you’ve never heard of before.  Enter Therese and Garett and their brilliant idea to have their wedding reception in the Colorado Springs Ghost Town Museum.  Their guests were mingling somewhere between the blacksmith’s shop and the saloon, on the main street of an authentic wild west town, located inside the museum!  Our trailer oven cooked up hot pizzas right outside, as we enjoyed one of those beautifully warm October afternoons.
