Ooh the food!  Let’s talk:

You’ll quickly notice that beautiful golden brown color of our whole-wheat crust, what we think of as our “secret ingredient.”  It’s a family recipe that we have been using variations of for our whole lives.  We were raised on whole wheat bread back in the 80s, and even back then, a few people knew that white flour was not the way to a healthy diet.  We wanted to create a pizza crust we would feel good about eating, and sharing with the community on the street.  We went out and found great organic wheat flours milled right here in Colorado, and came up with a dough we love, and want to share.

We hand toss every pizza, and then top it off with an assortment of toppings to let the flavors shine.  On the menu, you will find our versions of those traditional pies you know and love, as well as a few pizzas you’ve never had, and will come to love soon.  We give them all just the right amount of our signature blend of mozzarella and parmesan cheese.  The only thing left to do is toss it in a roaring wood-fired oven to seal in the goodness.

All of our pizzas can be made vegetarian, and we always strive to accommodate vegan and gluten-free diets.  Just ask!
